Absolutely terrible company!! Bought a bmw 525d and covered it with the platinum rac cover for an extra cost. When I needed the cover 7 months later as the car was in bad condition I rang the rac and only breakdown was activated on my account and that I wasnt covered!! When calling these to resolve it they keep saying they will call me back yet dont and have just started ignoring my calls!! Stay away!!
Bought my car from here 2 months ago was very impressed with their customer service as they even had the vehicle delivered to me for a very reasonable price. Rac warranty has not yet needed to be used but it is good to have peace of mind. Guys have looked after me in getting a second key made at trade price . Will recommend to anyone looking for a used car
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!They are happy to sell dangerous cars!Arranged to look at a Vectra (a 140mile round trip). Within 10 seconds of being there I could clearly see that the car was not road worthy and wouldn't have made it home without a serious accident. The rear nearside tyre had a cut in the sidewall so deep that it was an accident waiting to happen. This was just AFTER the guy had cleaned it that morning - meaning he would have seen the cut and was happy to sell it to me in that condition.Didn't even bother looking around the rest of the car as it wouldn't have made it home without an accident!
